An XRECORD: groups an application keeps with no meaning to AutoCAD.

Field	Type and default	Meaning
`Base`	`DxfIO::Base`	The handle, owner, reactors and extended data.
`Cloning`	`int{1}`	What cloning does with a name already taken, as a dictionary's. Group 280, the first.
`Data`	`std::vector<DxfIO::Group>`	The application's groups, in the order they came.
